In our Group Training Program, you can achieve the body you’ve been dreaming and searching for in a minimum of 2-3 workouts per week.
Our Group Training Program incorporates a variety of metabolic strength and conditioning based training sessions throughout the week.
In these training sessions clients/athletes work in groups ranging from 6-20, with a certified fitness coach, like myself (90% of the time), who demonstrates progressions, implements proper regressions, and instructs and motivates through 35 minutes of high-intensity training.
Our group strength resistance training sessions are designed in an alternating set or circuit training format using a wide variety of exercises such as, bodyweight, dumbbells, resistance bands, suspension training systems, kettle bells, med balls, and sandbags.
Our strength sessions are designed to deliver an intense, interval-based strength-training program. We train you like the athletes you truly are, making you strong both aerobically and anaerobically.
There’s a major reason why our group training was voted “Best In The North” by Hello Joburg Magazine in 2013. A typical group training session will burn up to 500 calories in a matter of 35 minutes. Typically, after a group metabolic resistance training session, your body will take up to 38 hours to return to its normal state and in the process, burns a lot of calories.
Simple Stupid: your metabolism will be jacked up and firing like crazy, making your body burn fat like never before.
